Energy diagnosis
Tout bien immobilier construit s'il dispose d'un moyen de chauffage.
Period of validity : 10 years except in the case of works that may impact on the energy performance of the property.
ASBESTOS DIAGNOSIS
Property for which the building permit was issued before 1 July 1997.
Period of validity : The diagnosis must be renewed if it dates from before April 2013. If the diagnosis dates from after April 2013, it is valid indefinitely but must be renewed at each sale.
LEAD DIAGNOSTICS
Property for which the building permit was issued before 1 January 1949.
Period of validity : 1 year if the concentration is above the tolerated threshold, otherwise unlimited.
GAS DIAGNOSTICS
Concerns fixed gas installations that are more than 15 years old.
Period of validity : 3 years.
ELECTRICITY DIAGNOSIS
Concerns electrical installations older than 15 years.
Period of validity : 3 years.
CARREZ LAW MEASUREMENT
Any property in co-ownership (except garages, cellars and lots smaller than 8m²).
Period of validity : Unlimited unless work is carried out.
TERMITE DIAGNOSTICS
Property located in an infested area, defined by decree.
Period of validity : 6 months.
ERP: RISK AND POLLUTION ASSESSMENT
Concerns properties in an area at risk, defined by decree.
Period of validity : 6 months
